a and b are supplementary angles.
Therefore,
b+a=180 degrees
b-a=80 degrees

b+a-(b-a)=180-80
a=50 degrees

b=180-50
b=130 degrees

Step-by-step explanation: Hello !, hope this may help u,

It's given that AOB is a line,

so ∠a+∠b =  180°

also, ∠b-∠a=80°

        ∠b= 80+ ∠a.

By substituting the value of ∠b in the first equation, we get,

∠a+80+∠a = 180

2∠a = 180-80

2∠a =100

∠a = 100/2

∠a = 50°

therefore, ∠b =80 +∠a

                        = 80+50  = 130°.
