It will descend25m per minute. It is at a height of 1850m. We should find the time it reaches to 250m from 1850m. The distance it will cover = 1850 - 250 = 1600m.

Time it will take to cover 1600m in minutes = 1600/25 = 64 min
64 min in hours = 1 hr 4min
So it will take 64 min or 1hr 4min to reach the height of 250m
