which means both lines are also equal and angle A and B are also equal.

So,

A=B

8x+6=4x+38

8x-4x=38-6

4x=32

x=32/4

x=8

Therefore,

A= 8x+6

8(8)+6

64+6

= 70

And

B= 4x+38

4(8)+38

32+38

=70

A=B

70=70

which means that both angles are angles are equal since they are parallel.
