Answer:

1.The complement of any angle (x) is 90 - x degrees.

Given that the angle is equal to its complement, we will get :

x = 90 - x

Hence, we get

2x = 90 ---> x = 45

2.Let x represent the constant of proportionality

2x + 7x = 180°

9x=180°

x=20°

Angles are:40°,140°

4.Given,

L=75 cm

B=55 cm

Area of a rectangle=L×B

=75 cm×55 cm

=4,125 cm^2

Perimeter of a rectangle=2(L+B)

=2(75+55)

=2×130

=260 cm

5.By angle sum property

i.e,the sum of angles of the triangle be 180 degree

Then,

35+46+3rd angle=180

81+3rd angle=180

3rd angle= 180–81

3rd angle=99 degree
