often we get muscle cramps as after vigours exercise as our body goes on anerobic respiration as it is hard to supply oxygen with the same speed as we work the result of anerobic respiration is lactic acid which results to muscles cramps

we get muscle cramps after heavy exercise beause of anaerobic repiration that causes the formation of lactic acid..
