let the length of the park = 8a
breadth = 5a
Therefore
Area of the rectangular park = 8a×5a=40a^2
width of park =1.5 m (Given)
let outer length PQ (say) = 8a+1.5+1.5=8a+3
Outer breadth QR = 5a+1.5+1.5=5a+3
Area of PQRS = (8a+3)(5a+3)=40a^2+39a+9
Area of the Path = 40a^2+39a+9-40a^2
594=39a+9
585=39a
a=15
Therefore
length of the park = 8×15 = 120m
breadth of the park = 5×15= 75m
hope it helps you .I will add figure later on
