☆ Using (a + b)^2 = a^2 + b^2 + 2ab identity in numerator and a^2 - b^2 = (a+b)(a-b) in denomimator.

= [ 12 + 18 + 12√6 ] / (2√3 + 3√2) (2√3 - 3√2)

= (30 + 12√6) / (2√3 + 3√2) (2√3 - 3√2)
