Given, ABCD is a parallelogram.
BO/OD = 1/2
∴ In ΔAOD & ΔBOE
⇒ ∠AOD = ∠BOE
⇒ ∠ADO = ∠OBE
∴ ΔAOD ~ ΔEOB.
⇒ BO/OD = BE/AD
⇒ 1/2 = 1.5/AD
⇒ AD = 3 cm
Since, AD = BC.
Therefore, BC = 3 cm.
