Heya. The answer is very simple:

The triangles are congruent by ASA Congruency Rule.

Angle ACB= Angle PRQ= 30 degrees (A)

CB=RQ=3cm (S)

Angle CBA= Angle RQP=90 degrees (A)

Therefore, by ASA Congruency rule, triangle ABC is congruent to triangle PQR.
