Explanation:

According to the graph give in above in the year 2011, the two European countries have more the 30% divorce cases, that is Finland has more than 35% cases and Sweden has more than 40% cases. But according to 2012 there is some decrease in cases in Finland, but a gradual increase in the divorce cases in Sweden. In the year 2013 there is again an increase in Finland, bit ironically there is a decrease in Sweden this time than the past to years. In 2014 there is again an increase in Finland but Sweden decreases again. In 2015, cases in Finland remains constant, but there is again a decrease in Sweden.

Conclusion : Hence the graph concludes the thought Sweden reached its highest peak in 2012 it gradually decreased and thus creating an improvement in the relationship of the couple there. But though Finland initially had less cases, later crossed Sweden and the ended up remaining constant in the years 2014 and 2015.
