Answer: perimeter of a square: 4 (side of the square)

4 ( 60m) = 240m

perimeter of a rectangle = 2 ( L+ B)

2(80m+ breadth)

160m + 2× breadth

it is given that the perimeter of a square and the rectangle are same.

160m +2× breadth= 240 m

breadth of a rectangle 80/2 m = 40 m

Area of a square ( side) ² = (60m) ² = 3600m²

Area of a rectangle= L×B = ( 80×40m) ² 3200m²

the area of the square field is larger than the area of a rectangular field
