You can solve this in two ways !

1) By using brackets :

( 3 - 1 ) + ( 13 ) + ( 15 ) = 30

Then it will be 2 + 13 + 15 = 30

I had used only odd numbers.

2) By Permutations ( Factorial )

( 3! ) + ( 9 ) + ( 15 ) = 30

( 2 * 3 ) + 9 + 15 = 30

6 + 9 + 15 = 30

I think this step can only be understood if you had completed Class 11 .
