Dancing involve many types of excercise as dance step that helps to improve our muscular strength of the body . One had to move his or her hand lot.

While doing this dance one's body had to stretch.

Baboos are used in this dance. Practice of this dance thus makes people muscular endurance.

4)body composition

One should have proper body composition so that he /she can do steps properly and by doing this dance one can get proper body composition.
