one man can do in 3hrs

another man can do the same work in 2hrs

one hr work of 1st man =1/3.(one work/three hours)

one hr work of another man =1/2.

one hr work if they work together =1/3+1/2=5/6.

time taken by both man if they work together =1÷5/6=6/5=1.2 hrs
