Let's talk about the rectangle one first.

Length (L) = 30 m

Breadth (b) = 5 m

Area of rectangle (A1) = L x b

A1 = 30 x 5

A1 = 150 m^2

Perimeter of rectangle (P1) = 2(L + b)

P1 = 2(30 + 5)

P1 = 70 m

Now, let's move on to the semicircular one,

Diameter = 5 m (given)

Radius (r) = d/2 = 5/2 = 2.5 m

There are two semicircles so, when we combine them they will form a Circle.

So, area of circle (C1) = πr^2

C1 = 3.14 x (2.5)^2

C1 = 19.635 m^2

And, perimeter of circle (P2) = 2πr

P2 = 2 x 3.14 x 2.5

P2 = 15.7 m

Finally,

Area of whole garden = A1 + C1

= 150 + 19.325

= 169.325 m^2 __________(Ans.)

Perimeter of whole garden = P1 + P2

= 70 + 15.7

= 85.7 m ____________(Ans.)
