Since, the given rational numbers have different denominators

we need to first make the denominators same!!

L.C.M of 10,5,15,30 = 30

now,

 \sf \frac{ - 3}{10}  =  \frac{3 \times 3}{10 \times 3}  =  \frac{ - 9}{30}

  \sf \frac{ - 7}{ - 5}  =  \frac{7 \times  - 6}{5 \times  - 6}  =  \frac{42}{30}

  \sf \:  \frac{9}{ - 15}  =  \frac{9 \times  - 2}{ - 15 \times  - 2}  =  \frac{ - 18}{30}

 \sf \frac{18}{30}  =  \frac{18 \times 1}{30 \times 1}  =  \frac{18}{30}

By arranging the rational numbers in descending order we get,

  \bf \qquad  \red{ \frac{42}{30} , \frac{18}{30} , \frac{ - 9}{30} , \frac{ - 18}{30} }

Therefore,

 \bf \qquad \qquad \blue{ \frac{ - 7}{ - 5} , \frac{ 18}{30} , \frac{ - 3}{10} , \frac{9 }{ - 15} }

Is the correct order!!

Hope it helps uh :)
