g=(-9.8m/s²) ball is going against gravitational force

v=0

2*(-9.8)h=0-(19.6)²

h=19.6m

1. height above the ground=height of building+height to which ball was raised

H*=24.5+19.6

H=44.1m

2. 2gH=v²-u²

2*19.6*44.1=v²

41.57m/s=v
