The first reaction is double displacement reaction and the second reaction is single displacement reaction.

In the first reaction exchange of ions occurs between the substances and in the second reaction more reactive element displaces les reactive element.

(1)First reaction is double displacement reaction. Because in this reaction two compounds react with opposite charge ions.

(2) Second reaction is displacement reaction,in which more reactive metal displaces less reactive metal.
