I'm writing alpha as @, gamma as Y and beta as ß. So don't get confused.

Q12. Given,

Sum of zeros= @+ß+Y=-b/a

=2

Product of zeros=@ßY=-d/a=-7

Sum of product of zeros of taken

two at a time=@ß+ßY+@Y=c/a

=-14

P(x)=x³-b/a+c/a-c/a

=x³-2x²-7x+14

Q16. P(x)=x²-x-4

Given, @ and ß are zeros.

Sum of zeros=@+ß=-b/a=-(-1)/1=1

Product of zeros=@ß=c/a=-4

1/@+1/ß-@ß

=ß+@-@ß/@ß

=(@+ß)-(@ß)/(@ß)

Now, put all the values.

=1-(-4)/-4

=5/4

So the answer is 5/4.

MARK ME AS THE BRAINLIEST PLEASE.

saraunsh3104: answer 13 as well
saraunsh3104: plz
anujshubho: But you have to mark me as brainliest then.
anujshubho: P(x)=x³-3x²+x+1
