original length of the rope was 150 metre
when it's 12 and a half percent of length is reduced it would measure,
150-(12.5%of150)
150-18.75
= 131.25m

modi532: on subtracting my answer is coming 17.25
modi532: I don't know why my answer is not coming on subtracting the same number

☆12×2+1= 25/2
total length of rope = 150m
decrease length = 12.5% of 150
= 25×150/100×2
= 18.75m
new length = 150-18.75= 131.25m
