Second clap is heard by sound traveling from P to the midpoint of the wall and then getting reflected from there to Q.
Distance to the wall = √(300²+400²) = 500 m
Time to reach Q = (500+500)/320 = 125/40 sec.
Time interval between the claps = 50/40 = 1.25 sec.
