 \frac{x - 3}{5}  - 1 = 2 \\  \\  =  >  \frac{x - 3}{5}  = 2 + 1 \\  \\  =  >  \frac{x - 3}{5}  = 3 \\  \\  =  > x - 3 = 5 \times 3 \\  \\  =  > x - 3 = 15 \\  \\  =  > x = 15 + 3 \\  \\  = x = 18


Answer is 18
