Given:-

PQ=12cm
PS=9cm
PM is the bisector of Angle P

Now,
PQIISR (PQRS is IIgm)
Angle QPM=Angle PMS (Alt.interior angle),
Angle MPS=QPM=PMS (proved above)
Triangle PSM is isosceles as 2 angles of the triangle are equal...
PS=BM=9cm

Now,

PSIIQT
Angle MPS= Angle QTP (A.I.A)
Angle QPT=MPS=QTP (proved above).
Triangle QPT is isoceles ,as 2 angle of the triangle are equal..
PQ=QT=12cm
RT=12-9=3cm

so therefore,,,

RT=3cm........
