Hey MATE!

We we join diagonal AC we get 2 triangles :
DAC. and ACB.

For triangle ABC :

Area = 1/2 * base * height

A =
 \frac{1}{2}  \times 15 \times 8 \\ 15 \times 4 \\  =  > 60 {cm}^{2}
For triangle ACD we draw perpendicular from A on DC and the length of perpendicular is same as side BC.

Therefore Area is

 \frac{1}{2}  \times 8 \times 24 \\  = 96 {cm}^{2}

Therefore total area is :

96 + 60
156 {cm}^{2}
