(45-2x) /15 - (4x+10)/5 = (15-14x) /9

=> (45-2x - 12x - 30)/15 = (15-14x) /9

=> (15-14x) /5 = (15-14x) /3

=> 15/5 - 14x/5 = 15/3 - 14x/3

=> 3 - 14x/5 + 14x/3 - 5=0

=> -2 + (14x*5 - 14x*3)/15 = 0

=> 70x-42x = 30

=> 28x = 30

=> x = 15/14
