Heya....!
Here is ur answer....!

 \frac{13}{5}  + ( \frac{ - 12}{7} ) =  \frac{91 - 60}{35}  \\  =  \frac{31}{35}
Then,
 \frac{ - 31}{7}  \times  \frac{1}{ - 2}  =  \frac{31}{14}
Then...dividing..
 \frac{31}{35}  \div  \frac{31}{14}  \\  \ =  \frac{31}{35}   \times  \frac{14}{31}  \\  =  \frac{14}{35}
So the answer is
 \frac{14}{35}
Hope it is satisfactory.....!

-31/7×1/-2÷13/5+-12/7
=LCM of 7and-2=-14
-14÷7×-31=-62 and -14÷(-2)×1=-7
-62×-7=434 and 31/5+(-12/7)
434 ÷ LCM of 5 and 7=35
434÷(35÷5×13)+(35÷7×-12)
434÷(91)+(-60)
434÷(91-60)
434÷31=14
hope it answer help you
