14. When any society advances some concept they are democratic, the interpretation of what a democracy is becomes not a question, but is defined by the political desires of the government, which impose it.

Even the accepted definition makes confusion of understanding. Democracy by definition is a system of government by the whole population or all the eligible members of a state, typically through elected representatives.

For a true democracy, as was applied the most pure as possible was by the Western American Indian tribes. As such if their hierarchy, the chiefs decided they’d go attack some other tribe, each and every brave of the tribe could vote to either participate, or not. The rule, or the influence or the power…which did not exist…of the chiefs has no consequence. That was a democracy. If you chose to do something, then you also had to participate to make it happen.
