2alpha x+(alpha + beta)y = 28 ........(ii)

that a1 = 2, b1 = 3, c1 = -7

and a2 = 2 alpha, b2 = alpha + beta, c2 = -28

Using Infinity many solution,

a1/a2 = b1/b2 = c1/c2

2/2alpha = 3/alpha + beta = -7/-28

2/2alpha = 7/28

2/2alpha = 1/4

2alpha = 8

alpha = 4

3/alpha + beta = 1/4

alpha + beta = 12 .........{ alpha = 4

4+ beta = 12

beta = 12-4

beta = 8

Hence, the value of alpha = 4, beta = 8.
