We can say that lines l and m are non parallel to each other because the sum of interior angles i.e.,1&2 is not equal to 180°

Angle 1 + angle 2 = 180
X + 2x = 180
3x=180
X= 180÷3
X=60 then
Ratio = 60+120=180
Ratio 1:2 = 60:120
Ok
