answer will be 6o'clock

since 3min gains 10 sec

then60 min gains60×10/3=200sec=3 min20sec

in next 9 hours at 6o clock it gains

200×9=1800sec=30 min

so time will be 6:00pm which is showing 6:30pm by gaining 30 min
