Answer:  891...

7, 7 7 7, 7 7 7, 7 7 7, 0 0 0, 0 0 0  :    99 digits '7' + 77 digits  '0'  = 176 digits total

                      7, 7 7 7, 7 7 7, 7 7 7 :     99 digits

7, 7 7 7, 7 6 9, 9 9 9, 2 2 2, 2 2 3 :

In the subtracted result,  there are :  76 digits = Seven.   1 digit of 6.  (99 – 77) digits of 9.   (77-1) digits of 2.  And  one digit of 3.

Total =  7 * 76 + 6 * 1 + 9 * (99-77)  + 2 * (77 - 1) + 3 * 1

          = 532 + 6 + 198 + 152 + 3 =  891
