Bile contains no enzyme , but contains some pigments and Bile salts.

these help in emulsification of larger fat molecules into smaller molecules

• Boiled rice contains starch but chewed rice is acted upon by salivary amylase and hence when both are tested by using iodine solution the test tube containing merely boiled rice will show color change .
