By using similar set of arguments, we get:-
=> ∆ACX is similar to ∆PRY
=> angle 2 = angle 4 ----------²
Add eqn. 1 and 2
=> angle 1 + angle 2 = angle 3 + angle 4
=> angle A = angle P
NOW, in ∆ABC & ∆ PQR
AB/PQ = AC/PR (Given)
angle A = angle P
So, By SAS Similarity
∆ABC is similar to ∆PQR.
