Here is your answer

Length of rectangular sheet = 34 cm
Breadth of rectangular sheet is 24 cm

Now. Area of rectangular sheet is = L× B
 = 34 \times 24 \\  = 816cm {}^{2}
Now
Diameter of circular button is 3.5 cm
Radius is Diameter/2
 =  \frac{3.5}{2}  \\  = 1.75cm

Area of circular button = π×r^2
 =  \frac{22}{7}  \times (1.75) {}^{2}  \\  =  \frac{22 \times 1.75 \times 1.75}{7}  \\  = 9.625 \: cm {}^{2}
Area of 64 buttons = 64× 9.625
 = 616 \: cm {}^{2}
Area of Remaining Sheet=. Area of rectangular sheet - Area of 64 circular button
 = 816 - 616 \\  = 200 \: cm {}^{2}
