Hi mate here is the answer ✍️✍️✔️

Given:-

Speed of train = 90 km/hr.^-1

Acceleration =0.5m/ s^-2

To find:-

Distance covered before coming to rest.

So, final speed = 0

Initial speed(u)= 90km/hr^-2

u=90*1000/3600= 25m/s^-1

From the equation of law of motion we know that..

v^2=u^2+2as

0= 25^2+2(-0.5)×s

S=625 m

Hence the distance covered by train before coming to rest is 625 m

Hope it helps you ❣️☑️☑️☑️
