Answer:

p(x) = k[x²-(sum of zeroes)x + product of zeroes]

p(x) = k[x²-(2/3)x + (-1/3)]

taking the LCM

p(x) = k[ (3x²-2x -1)/3]

taking 1/3 as constant

p(x) = k/3 (3x²-2x-1)

p(x) = k(3x²-2x-1)
