 =  \frac{ \sqrt{12 \times 12 \times 2} }{ \sqrt{8 \times 8 \times 2} }

 =  \frac{12 \sqrt{2} }{8 \sqrt{2} }

 =  \frac{3}{2}

 = 1.5

so, answer is b) 3/2
