 {x }^{ log_{x}(2 - x) } = 3 \\ using \: property \: \: {a}^{ log_{n}(m) } = {m}^{ log_{n}(a) } \\ we \: get. \\ {(2 - x)}^{ log_{x}(x) } = 3 \\ {(2 - x)}^{1} = 3 \: \: \: (becoz \: log_{a}(a) = 1) \\ 2 - 3 = x \\ x = - 1

hope it helps
