(b)no, the man will not come down with the same speed without parachute. He will come down with a higher velocity in downward direction because the parachute is using the wind force and is minimising the velocity generated by the force of gravity. hope it helps :)

a the force is gravitational force which is non contact force
b no the man will go down with greater speed since parachute creates a air resistence which reduces the speed of the falling object however since there is no parachute there will be less air resistance therefore speed of falling object might increase
