Hope this letter finds you in good health. I am the President of the Social Service Club at Bharathi Vidyalaya and I wanted to seek your permission to arrange a visit to your Elder Care Centre by a group of 30 students from our school. The purpose of this visit would be to make our school children more sensitive to the care of elders and spend the day at the centre and help with any chore that needs to be done.  We would like to bring some books and read for them if you'd permit it. We would also like to arrange for some cultural program and lunch cooked appropriately for elders. Please let us know if you would permit us and also inform us of a convenient date of visit.
