In ∆DCN & ∆BAP,
CD=AB (since opposite sides of a parellogram are equal),
angle DNC=angle BPA (each 90°),
angle DCN=angle BAL (since AB parallel to CD),
therefore by AAS congruence rule both the triangles are congruent,
similarly ∆DAN congruent to ∆BCP,
So by CPCT
AN=CP
