Answer:

Area of triangle would be 150 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

Length of Parallelogram = 15 cm

Height of parallelogram = 20cm

No of triangles = 2

To Find:

Area of each triangle = ?

Solution:

We are supposed to find the area of the triangle and as the parallelogram is divided into two triangles so

Area of triangle = area of parallelogram / 2

Now

Area of parallelogram = base * height

                                     = 20 * 15

                                      = 300 cm²

Now

Area of triangle = area of parallelogram / 2

                          = 300/2

                          = 150 cm²

Area of triangle would be 150 cm²
