19. a) there is a deflection in the galvanometer to one side.

b) there is deflection in galvanometer in opposite side with respect to case (a)

c) there is no deflection in the galvanometer

d) electromagnetic induction is the phenomenon where it states that

a conductor is placed in a moving magnetic field or when a conductor is constantly moving in a stationary magnetic field. here due to cutting of magnetic field current is produced. this current produced is known as Induced current.

e) Fleming's right hand rule is used to determine the direction of induced current states that when thumb ,middle finger and fore finger are streched mutually perpendicular to each other then thumb indicates direction of force , forefinger indicates direction of magnetic field and middle finger indicates direction of induced current.
