one angle is 110 , so the sum of remaining two angles is => 180 - 110 = 70

now , lets assume the remaining angles are x , y

since the sum of both angles is 70, we can say that --  x + y = 70      ----eq1

then the ratio is 4 : 3, we can say that ---   x / y = 4 / 3

on solving --  3x - 4y = 0 ---- eq2

now we solve eq1 and eq2

x + y = 70

3x - 4y = 0

=>  4x + 4y = 280  (multiplying eq1 by 4)

=> now add the equations

we get  - >  7x = 280

so x = 40

noy  y = 70 - x

y = 30

so the angles are 40 and 30
