we know that V=IR
SO, current =V/R
resistance are connected in series (r =10ohm)
acc. to rule =12/10=1.2 A
2nd part
..potential difference across 1ohm= 1.2*1=1.2v
..same as 2ohm=2.4v
..same as 3 ohm=3.6 v
..and same as 4 ohm=4.8 v
