Sound requires medium to travel. This medium includes different matter of states solid, liquid and gas. So sound can travel through solid, liquid and gas. But not through vaccum because there is no medium in vaccum...

Q6.) ans-: because particles of solid are tightly pack where as in liquid particles are losely pack as compare to solid where as in gas the solid particle are very lovely pack as compare to liquid and in the vacuum there no particle present.
