Pronouns are words which are use instead of noun. Eg - he, she it etc. Sentence Eg - Radha is my friend, she is very helpful. Here 'Radha' is referred as noun and 'she' is referred as prounoun. We use prounouns because we can't add the same noun everywhere, Eg - Raghav is my best friend, Raghav is good in studies and Raghav likes me. The sentence becomes awkward. So, we use prounouns. Refer the attachments to get a clear concept about it.
