Please answer these questions from the poem... THE FROG AND THE NIGHTINGALE .
Q1. Do you think the nightingale was brainless?

Q2. Bring out the irony in this poem.

yes it can be said coz nightangle came in the words of the frog and started believing him and started gaining training from him . if she reject the proposal of frog for training then she might be alive but she died because of her fault.

We observe the irony in this poem when the frog says "Your song must be your own".

At the beginning, the frog critisied nightingale's song and advised her to take training from him to become better in singing. He advised the nightingale and her happily believed whatever the frog said.

In the end we see that the frog days "the nightingale's song must be her own creation. This is the element of irony in this poem.
