we have,

angle AOB =60 degree

angle CDB =90 degree

we know that, the circumference angle is half of the central angle by the theorem

So, angle ACB = 1/2 angle AOB

angle ACB = 1/2×60

angle ACB = 30 degree

Now,

Sum of all angle = 180degree

angle ACB + angle CDB + angle CBD = 180

30 + 90 + angle CDB = 180

120 + angle CDB = 180

angle CDB = 180 - 120

angle CDB = 60

angle OBC = 60 degree
