1 ) Element C as its electronic configuration is (2,1) so it will lose electron in order to complete its duplet more faster and will show more electropostive behavior.
2) Element E as it will gain electron yo complete its octet and hence will show more electronegative behavior and least metallic property.
3) Metallic property and electropostivity of an element are equally similar to each other if an element looses electron in order to complete its valence shell it gain a positive charge and hence shows metallic properties. Eg : Sodium , Magnesium , etc.
